Thomas Turner was born in 1875 and died in 1914. He was the tenth child of George Turner and Sarah Mitchell. In 1911 he married Linda Gow at Richmond.
Thomas was an inspector with Colo Shire Council. He and Linda had two children before Thomas's death.
