Charles Percy Skinner was the twelfth son of
Emma Barwick and
Francis Skinner Senior. He was born in Mudgee in 1879 and died in New Zealand in 1935. Charles married
Jessie Green. Their three children were born in New Zealand.
1. Thelma May 1905 - ? Married George Fletcher.
2. Jessie Pearl 1906 - 1983. Married Terrence Bennett. They had three children.
3. Eva Olive 1909 - ? Married Frederick Stanley. They had five children.
